What your child will do
Your child learns in a calm, orderly classroom with materials they can choose and work with on their own. Teachers guide them through practical life skills, early math and language, science, art, music and daily Spanish. Children build concentration, independence and confidence, and they learn to share, solve problems and care for their classroom.
What Montessori-Inspired means here
Our Pre-K classroom uses Montessori materials and routines within the state's GSRP requirements. Our teaching team brings together strong educational backgrounds and ongoing Montessori professional development. Most of our lead teachers hold a Montessori credential and/or a bachelor’s degree in education or child development. Other members of our teaching team hold an associate degree or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. In addition to their formal education and credentials, all of our teaching staff participate in ongoing Montessori training, building their knowledge and skills in Montessori philosophy, classroom practices, and child-centered teaching. This commitment to continuous learning helps us provide children with a consistent, high-quality Montessori-inspired educational experience.
