Welcome to The Children's Center, Inc., doing business as Montessori Children's Center (“Montessori Children's Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at montessorichildrenscenter.com (the “Site”) and any services, tools, forms, or communications we offer.
By visiting, accessing, or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
Eligibility
The Site and its forms are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements, including on behalf of a child in your care.
Services Provided
Montessori Children's Center operates a licensed early childhood education and childcare program at 219 Peace Boulevard, Saint Joseph, MI 49085, in Berrien County, Michigan.
Services may include infant, toddler, and preschool care, Montessori programming, Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) preschool, before- and after-school care, tours, enrollment, and family communications. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any portion of our services at our discretion.
SMS Communications (Text Messaging Program)
Program name: Montessori Children's Center Family & Enrollment Messaging
Program description: Montessori Children's Center sends text messages to families and prospective families who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them. Messages relate to tour and enrollment inquiries, enrollment status, scheduling, tuition and account updates, closures and program announcements, and occasional promotional or informational updates about our program.
How to opt in: You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our web forms (for example, our Interest Form or Schedule a Tour form), by texting us first, or by providing written consent to our staff.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Messages may be recurring.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to enroll a child or receive services.
Opt out: You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send additional messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers: Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's service availability.
Privacy: Phone numbers collected for SMS messaging will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site and our services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

This limitation applies to the Site and these Terms and does not limit any rights or obligations arising under a signed enrollment agreement or applicable childcare licensing law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Children's Center, Inc. and its employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or any unlawful activity associated with your use of the Site.
Termination
